Serenity Behavioral Health Systems (SBHS) began providing mental health, addictive disease and developmental disability services to the Richmond County community in 1974. SBHS has been a long, standing behavioral health provider of the Division of Behavioral Health and Developmental Disabilities (DBHDD).
